Every machine has a QR identification plate. On your phone, you can instantly find its identity, support contacts and EC declaration of conformity, when available. Sign in to access the details in the portal.

Open monitrag in your browser, on any device. The map is the first thing you see. From there, open the details of any machine.

Before you start.
Does it work with my existing equipment?
Yes. We check the model, available data and suitable device, then agree the installation on equipment already in service.
Do all machines show the same data?
No: each equipment family has specific information. Fill levels apply to compatible compactors and presses; containers are tracked by location and time on site. Data for material handlers, hooklifts and trailers depends on the device and sensors.
Are maintenance and reports always included?
Maintenance, rental reports, haulier requests and material handler usage reports are optional modules. The proposal specifies those suited to your fleet and operations.
How do I log in if I’m already a customer?
Use the “Log in to the portal” button at the top, or open app.monitrag.it ↗ and sign in with your credentials.
Do I need an internet connection on site?
No. The devices have their own connectivity, included in the service.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export it whenever you want, as PDF and CSV.
How quickly can we get started?
It takes a few weeks from confirmation to operation, depending on the number of machines and their availability for installation.
Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. monitrag opens in your browser, including on your phone.
